SIMCADE V2.0
After 2 months of actually modding and testing, it's finally done V2.0 Every car has been reworked once more with even more improvements from V1.0
What's new?
-Entirely reworked tires behavior from the ground up with new research infos
-More responsive and engaging steering
-Reworked every cars stats. Cops are faster and slow racer's cars are buffed to rebalance
-New NOS recharge and behavior. Cops now have a powershot like NOS with fast recharge, power but at the      cost of NOS capacity. Racer NOS recharges faster
-Cars lose less speed when turning now compared to V1.0
-Oversteer exists now woohoo!
-More controllable powerslides compared to V1.0
-Cop AIs can PIT Racers AIs(you cant do it yourself but i'll find a way in the next patch)

Known bugs
-Cars tweaking when spawning out of a garage or MCC(minor)
-Some cars has shifting issues due to the new tire values(i dont have testers)
-Some cars outpower others in their own classes by a mile(report in comments)
-Some cars are underpowered(report in comments)

Optional note:
Use the difficulty tool(run as admin) included within the folder to adjust the AIs to your liking as vanilla AI aren't trained for proper grip driving
