[UC] Project Overhaul

NFS Undercover does not have the best graphics in the NFS franchise, even though it's predecessor NFS Pro Street had astonishing visuals.

Project Overhaul is based on NFS Undercover: Graphics Enhancement Mod but developed further with a complete rework of the time cycles and skydomes to give the best possible visuals.

Better graphics while still retaining low memory and also the stability.

Great alternative to UCEV(at least, for my opinion).

I gotta admit that I don't like the yellow filter much, but I do like the colors shown in ProStreet. At least the PS2 & Wii version wasn't as overdone with the blooming, unless you're looking for a sunny Miami feel.

thank you very much I've been playing quite a lot again, this kind of change was the one I was looking for a long time ago, it looks great and makes the game look fresh
