NFS Most Wanted: Falken Decal Restoration

A similar mod made by RoboticCyborg was already made, but it replaced the Fastbrakes decal. So this mod restores the Falken Decal WITHOUT REPLACING any other decals.

You're welcome! And till Binary V2 came, it was impossible to add it without replacing anything.
