Ok man the mod is too finicky. Even with improvedgamepadsupport set to 3 the sky turns green when i finish a race and go back and forth in the menu and world. There's just no fixing it, even with the supposed fixed mentioned in the previous comment. Too much hassle to run this but i must admit that the game does looks significantly prettier with this when it actually works.

@Nuke I think I found a solution, you need to go into the game, then settings>>>>video>>>advanced>>> and set texture filtering to Trilinear, it worked for me, hopefully OP sees it and put it as another solution

See, the horizon bug is hardly fixable by me, it's an issue caused by the way Carbon does its skybox, however, I'll look into it, as well as the green sky for more prominent fixes.

For a sec i hoped the update might have been that horizon bright white bug fixed but nope still there :( someday i might be able to use this mod
