Autumn Glow

New simple weather cycle for 360 skybox (looks not so good on default shaders). Almost permanent sunny time of day with few variations.

1. Install Xbox 360 Car Shaders
2. Import AutumnGlow.nfsms with VLTEd and save

After following the instructions of installing X360 Stuff, the mod is giving the sky (and probably the surroundings) alot of bloom, that the sky is now mostly white and no longer colored, please fix this

Also I recommend make the "glow" more "orange-looking", similar to the PS2 version or something.
