New Stock Car Color

Inspired by Kai's ProStreet New Car Lot Colours mod, I've never been fond of Undercover's bland stock car color
After seeing what Kai did to PS stock car color I decided to do the same, quite tricky since PS and UC had a different color values
But I figured it out, this mod will change the stock car color to their real life stock color
