Inspired by AlbinoBuffalo_80's Jetstream Sam Animated Plate which is sadly gone now
Only accessible via Extended Customization menu



Update 1.5:
- Updated to Extended Customization 3.0 format
- Added TexWizard texture injection method
- Added uninstall option (doesn't support versions below 1.5)

Update 1.4:
- Much smaller mipmaps size
- Changed AlphaBlendType, AlphaUsageType, BiasLevel, ClassName, Flags & RenderingOrder to their intended values
- All plate textures are now bundled into a single tpkblock

I can but decide not to cuz license plate is too small for it and would look bad, that kind of animation would only fit on big billboard
