INSTALLATION

• Download and extract the donwloaded file;
  
• Move the files VEH_122672_HI.BNDL and VEH_122672_LO.BNDL to the game's vehicles folder;
  
• Play.

Wheels models don't really differ from vehicle body models, they just need to be centered at the origin. I think that on Binko exporter you would need to export it as a vehicle body and later on replace the resource IDs on the GraphicsSpec (06_01) file.
