Need For Speed Carbon - Hastier Stronger Nitrous

This mod makes the nitrous in Need For Speed Carbon more hastier and stronger.

Nitrous can regenerate between 10 to 50 seconds, depending on how fast you go, from 10 to 200+ mph.

I have also increased the torque boost of the nitrous by 40%

Original: 0.75
Hastier: 1.05

Update v1.1: Nitrous capacity increased by 50%

v1.2 Update: included modscript to revert back to original nitrous settings

don't have a modscript for that yet, but i will make one that allows you to return back to normal settings.
