Hello , could you please show us how to create mods in nfs hot pursuit? I am dreaming of making mods in that game but i dont know how and cant find help. Please make a tutorial and post it on youtube or atleast explain me what you are doing and what type of tools do i need to make mods. Peace out.

i like it, weird part is all lightbars sync on headlight when im pressing headlight button lol
