Vehicle Mass Updates for Payback
Based on research I've done online, many of the vehicles in the game have incorrect weights or weight distribution values. I've corrected them to match reality. Changes were made to player cars, traffic cars, and goon cars.
Everyone is free to use my changes as they wish. Integrate them into other mods, change it more if you find better info, etc.
Install using Frosty Mod Manager. I've included both the fbproject file along with a pdf listing the specific changes.
