Expanded text support for Wrap Editor

Description

Basically, this mod allows writing unusual characters like punctuation marks (.,?!) and expands on basic Latin letters support for decals in Wrap Editor.
Previously this feature was exclusive to Russian Localisation mod, but now I decided to make it available as a separate mod. Yes, nobody asked for it, but still, I made it. Enjoy. Or don't.

How does this work?

You see, when Criterion made Unbound, they made it so the range of characters that are allowed to be written on license plate is shared with the range of letters allowed to be written on your car as a decal in Wrap Editor. Frankly speaking, they use the same range of characters which consists of UPPERCASE and lowercase letters of basic Latin alphabet. This means no punctuation marks, no special letters with diacritics, etc.
And this mod solves this issue by adding more characters to this range so those can be written on your car as well!

For English version of the game, the character range this mod changes will be the following:

0123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ+_-.,!?@^`#%*&()'ВГНавдеилнопрс’…“”•‘™–—łї£©®°´·¼ÁÍÜàáçèéêíïñóöúü

Those are the characters taken from game's English histogram (character encode table).
The only side-effect this fix causes is that the game will allow you to enter those previously absent characters for your license plate, but they won't be displayed on it, as they merely don't exist in the texture for it.

Installation

You'll need selphea's fork of Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.7 that is compatible with latest game updates, and which you have to either compile or ask for a precompiled build, as it is not readily available.

Mod updated to be compatible with Volume 8.0.1 update

Thank you!

I think I can expand support for multiple languages, since localisations in this game technically have various characters encoded in their histograms and they are all different from each other. All I need is to know what exact characters are encoded in each localisation's histogram so I can create multiple versions for every language.
