Need for Speed: Undercover DLC Unlocker
Please note that this plugin only supports v1.0.1.18 nfs.exe (either retail version with the latest patch installed or EA App version). Older game versions will not work since they don't have a DLC system implemented. That includes Steam version.
Usage:
1. Extract all files from the release into the game directory.
2. (OPTIONAL) Edit scripts\dlc.txt and add the internal names of any unlocks you wish to obtain. You can find known DLC unlock lists in dlc_examples directory.
3. Play the game. DLC content should become available immediately, you do not need to create a new save file.

The first one sounds a lot like a conflict between MultiFix and DLC system. MultiFix most likely locks/unlocks CE by forcing the value of IsCollectorsEdition global variable so it overrides whatever was set by DLC system.Not sure why Boss Cars crash the game. MultiFix does a lot of things from what I can see, maybe one of its edits breaks them. My plugin only hooks DLC enumeration function and nothing else so a direct ASI conflict is unlikely.

Doesn't work with the MultiFix (taken from Undercover Exposed). If CE is disabled in MultiFix then this mod will simply fail to unlock CE stuff.But that's not the real problem. The real problem is that Boss Cars do get unlocked and just looking at any of them in the shop crashes the game.

@alexdivi96 HP 2010 is not gonna happen, at least not from me. Its DLC are not on-disc unlike Carbon and UC.
