Better car shadow for ProStreet

It changes the odd looking shadow under the car with a better and softer looking one.

IMPORTANT: USE BINARY 2.9 FOR INSTALLATION!

[Installation]:
-Download Binary and open as administrator, choose user mode then select the install.end
-Select the game installation folder, install it and save

[Uninstall]:
-Download Binary and open as administrator, choose the user mode then select the uninstall.end
-Select the game installation folder, install it and save

Is it too hard for You to add ARGB 8888 32 bit textures with all mip maps in PhotoShop ? lol
