Payback Evolution
This is Evolution Works' biggest, most expansive, and most comprehensive mod to date, bringing together numerous improvements and new additions to the streets of Fortune Valley. You ready to take down The House once more?

Features
Graphical Enhancements
A slew of graphical upgrades have been done to improve Payback's look, bringing the fidelity closer to how it is in the pre-release trailers, demos, and in-game FMVs. Chief among these upgrades is the return of volumetric clouds - previously thought to be unrestorable, they now cover the skies of Fortune Valley, completing the look of the game.
Also included are tweaks to improve motion blur and terrain, as well as enabling the option for HBAO Full.
Expanded Vehicle Customization
Stand out against Silver Rock's moguls with even more options to make your ride yours. Wheels from BBS, Enkei, Rays, and American Racing are now available, as well as revised license plate, brake caliper, and stance tuning options. New bodykits are also available for a few cars, including the return of the RTR Hoonicorn bodykit for the classic Ford Mustang.
Additional aftermarket brand decals have also been added to the Wrap Editor roster, with mirroring for the top, front, and rear of the car enabled to improve the wrap-making process.
Wanna swap vehicle types with your current car? Now you can by going to the dealer with a maxed out car and changing the vehicle type via catch up packs.

New Character Car Presets and Custom Cars
Every single boss car has received the Evolution Works makeover, making them look less daft and a bit more sensible (besides Nova's... her car's still daft). The Outlaw's Rush roster has also been given the same treatment, with every opponent given fresh rides and fresh paintjobs.
All boss, hero, and abandoned cars that were no longer accessible are also available in their respective Race, Drift, Runner, and Drag dealerships, take 'em out for a spin and beat the Leagues in style!

Audio Tweaks and Soundtrack Expansion
Of course, it's never Evo Works without tinkering with the audio. New engine sounds have been implemented, with a few vehicles now having a unique note instead of sharing with another car.
The soundtrack has also been expanded, adding brand-new songs from the likes of Sleeping With Sirens, The Qemists, Dizzee Rascal, Flume, and more. These tracks are especially curated to complement the base game's soundtrack and fit with the world of Payback.
Improved AI and Bait Crates
Opponent cars are more competitive, and the police (plus The House) pack more of a punch. For the latter, Bait Crates have also been given its own mini progression path to complement this change - the more Bait Crates you open, the more cops will go after you... and the more aggressive they'll be.

Add-Ons
To further customize your Evo Works experience, several add-ons are available. 4K wraps, high quality roads, vintage tires... pick your poison.

@mach based off your post it's very hard to determine your issue. The issue you are experiencing can be from not having your mods installed in the correct order, old mod data from other mods, using other mods that aren't supposed to be used with Evo, going online with Evo, etc... If you need help getting the mod please join our discord and we can help you from there.Note: Evo is a single player only mod. Going online may cause issues with how big this mod is

The game crashes when I try to buy certain vehicles.

@AlexJolteon123 you're crashing because you are using a stance mod you aren't allowed to use with the story. You cannot use slammed or extended stance with the story
