8K HDRI Skyboxes Texwizard port

8K HDRI Skyboxes ported to Texwizard 1.3

This is NOT file replacment file mod, it goes directly in the game files without replacing original game files.

I've ported [NFSU2] 8K HDRI Skyboxes by BadassBaboon to Texwizard by R-033 with some fixes.

Fixed RenderOrder, AlphaBlendType and AlphaUsageType to match original game skyboxes values which fixes skybox transition and new motion blur from HD reflections mod
