I suggest checking out AJLethal's 'The Smol Fix for NFSMW' which includes a fix for the Golf GTI's headlights.
As for the Rhino SUV, I haven't got any plans to work on it yet.

2- If you could also make a heat level adjustment related to the black Rhino SUVs and set them to Heat Level 8, that would be perfect. You could also add lighter SUV vehicles into the heat level system.

It would also be great if you could improve the heat level system overall. For example, there are issues like low-level police cars spawning at Heat Level 9 — fixing problems like this would make the mod much better.

1- There’s a small bug in NFS Most Wanted (2005) that almost no one seems to notice, but I think it would be great if you could fix it. On the VW Golf GTI, the front right headlight has a missing texture — it looks hollow inside, like there’s a hole. Fixing that would honestly be perfect.

Also, I saw the black Rhino SUV in nlgzrgn’s Unlimiter video. If you could add that black Rhino SUV into the game, it would be amazing.

To be honest, I've always wanted to see a Civic Cruiser as a taxi. It would be nice if you created a mod civilian version of the Rhino Suv
