Rim outer lip Fix
This mod repairs and optimizes the outer edges of custom wheels, making them look much closer to real-life aftermarket wheel setups.
The title might sound a bit debatable, but I personally consider this a minor visual issue that needs fixing. In my opinion, the original shaded appearance looks really unattractive…
Warning!
This mod is incompatible with any other wheel-related mods. If you plan to install other wheel packs, please only use one at a time and make a full backup of your files in advance!
Installation
- For vanilla game users: Copy all files inside the "vanilla" folder into your CARS directory, and overwrite all existing files when prompted.
- For users with Unlimiter V4 installed and using the Carbon-style UV mapping: Copy all files from the "Unlimiter V4" folder into your CARS directory, and overwrite files as prompted.
Uninstallation
Follow the installation steps above. Open the Backup folder, apply the corresponding backup files to restore your original assets, or use your own saved backups.
