Car Build Changer

Allows you to change the build of any car to Race, Drag, Drift, Runner, Offroad and speedcross
simply go to tune-up shop to apply. Do not use with mods that apply things at tune-up shop.

AntiLoser can you please make the cards unlocked after getting starter cars and not based on the chapter? is that possible?
