Increases the quality and quantity of parts you can purchase at tune-up shops

There will now be 200 parts available increasing your chance of getting a good part
The part quality will the same as the slot machine/Targeted Roll. So, there will be no stock branded parts, all parts will have 1-3 perks.
You also have a higher chance at getting higher level parts (the car i tested it with had level 13 parts and allowed me to buy level 18 parts)
