1. Install Ultimate ASI Loader.
2. Drop NFSPSVinylsHook.asi to scripts folder.

Nevermind, you just gotta use the Decals and not Vinyls

I pasted the .asi file into the scripts folder aswell with Ultimate ASI Loader but still the restricted decals placement such as on windshields don't appear.
