My game does not open when I install this mod with the game clean or with mods, I’m using a Samsung notebook i3 1115G4 with 32GB RAM

Mod didn't work with Unlimiter 4, after leaving garage - game is crashing.

love the vinyl color update, but im getting an issue where the game crashes in when i go into a race or freeroam. has anyone else gotten this issue?
