Welcome to the promotion mode. i called this mod like this because it reduce the price of performances upgrade and visual part of the game.
Here a description of some changes.
For the performance upgrade :

Race pack now cost 2680, instead of 13 400 (you'll be able to apply race upgrade at the start of the game, even if you don't have the underground 2 bonus cash)
Pro pack now cost 10 740 instead of 46 900
Super pro pack now cost 29230, instead of 123 100
Ultimate now cost 81 210, instead of 315 800

For the visual part, i'll let you check the new prices by your own, the only thing i can say is that, some things are free ^^
PS : if you want, there is a script who change the name of every performance levels. you have to install it with binary, but it's optional, it's as you want ;)
the name change is available for : English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Danish, Polish and Finnish

Every steps to install the scripts are on the md files, the files name [/i]"readme.txt"[/i]
There are the tools you gonna need to instaal the scripts :

nfs VLTed 4.6
OGVI by the OG Archie
Binary by the OG MaxHwoy
this mod work with VLTed and OGVI, so choose witch one you wanted ;)
